We had a fantastic time at The Blacksmiths. It's a perfect base for exploring North Pennines AONB and Northumberland National Park. The house is beautifully restored, with charming touches like the old bellows and forge integrated into the kitchen. The waterfall shower in the wet room and the hot tub were lovely extras that made our stay even better. Overall, a really lovely place we'd happily visit again. Definitely recommend if you're after a peaceful getaway!

We really enjoyed our time at Blacksmiths Cottage. Kirsty and her team made us feel so welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The place was spotless and looked lovely. Our little one, who's two, had a blast exploring the farm and making friends with the animals. Stargazing with the telescope on clear nights was magical; you don't get that at home. Definitely planning to return soon!
