Rutland Grange, Filey

Beautiful house, great location for the beach, town centre and Tesco, very important when catering for 14. All 7 bedrooms with lovely bathrooms which is unusual in large houses, this is why I booked this house,and I wasnt disappointed. Great fun competing at Pool, the bar area is fantastic, everyone had a fabulous holiday, will book again. Would have loved a few large pans and a couple more oven trays, serving spoons and forks, tureens and gravy jugs, but I managed. A great weeks holiday in a gorgeous house.

A lovely well equipped house with bathrooms for every bedroom & comfy beds. The social & dining areas were very comfortable and spacious. The dining chairs were particularly comfortable a bonus for extended eating and chatting time at the end of a day out! We had a small problem with one of the bathrooms and we were very impressed when a friendly member of staff was sent within half an hour to deal with the issue.

Wonderful property for a multi generational family gathering. Great space, well furnished and good facilities. Hot tub and pool table went down well with my team. Location excellent and very central. Great beds my mum who slept in the downstairs room is buying a new mattress for home as a result of her restful nights. Superb assistance we could not find a switch for outside lights we messaged, for a quick replay still unable to locate it was no biggie but within an hour or so a very jolly chap came along and sorted it. 1010 for response. We would definitely come again! I would not want this bit to go on a public review but some comments which did not spoil our stay but are worth mentioning for the owners. the surface on the dining tables has started to break down with use of cleaning agents they are very tacky need a resurface and glass tops or wipe clean covers. the centre light in the front bedroom first floor would not work. The bathroom area and side lights were ok. the house has been stylishly decorated with great quality carpets, curtains, beds etc. but some areas are ready for a touch up now. Paint scuff marks, peeling paper, loose curtain rings type thing

Amazing property, owners fantastic, very happy to help with anything before and during our stay, this property was ideal for all our family, my mum 93 years old mobility issues managed in the property well, 2 foster children both with additional needs liked the pool table, we had a dog plenty of room for her, everything you could ask for in the house, loved it would definitely return. Overall the property was great and met our needs as a large family for the weekend. The dininggames room is a great entertatining space and we spent most of our time there. Kitchen was well equipped, plenty of clean towels. Couple of areas for improvement. The large bedroom on the top floor hadn't been fully cleaned and there were some rose petals on the carpet under the bed and marks on the scatter cushions. The downstairs shower runs really hot with quite low pressure
