Jean's place is a charming lodge nestled in East Heserlton near Malton. It is ideal as a base for many places. We visited Pickerkng and Malton and nipped into Eden Camp on our way home. The standout amenities were the sunken Hot Tub, beautiful flowers, fizz and doggy treats. It is spotlessly clean. Definitely recommend.

What a lovely caravan! The whole caravan was really clean and smelt amazing from the minute we walked in till we left. The bedding and towels were soft snd fresh smelling. The attention to detail was also lovely. We had a welcome gift and a message from Shelley with details which really helped instead of all the emails from the site. For a caravan the beds were comfy and the shower was so powerful! The hot tub was in the best spot and stayed warm the whole time! The hot tub was also clean and well looked after. I would 100 stay again and it was just perfect for what we wanted

We had a fantastic stay at Jean's place. The lodge was lovely and clean on arrival with a gift from the owner to enjoy while we were there. The site was quiet which was perfect for us to relax and enjoy a glorious week of sunshine. The location was perfect for exploring the local coastline as well as nearby towns and villages. The owner was brilliant at communicating with us about how to get to the lodge and though we didn't need to contact her for any issues, she was very responsive to any other questions we had.

Lovely quiet location, accommodation was first class, only a small issue with the shower I've let the owner know .

Spotless inside and outside, cosy and very comfortable. Shelley was only a phone call away if we needed her we didn't but she did pop to check the hot tub txt before we arrived with instructions for keys and barrier code and again when we left to wish us a safe trip home. Lodge has everything you need and people who live on site are very friendly. Nice touches on arrival of fresh flowers and a bottle of bubbles to enjoy in the hot tub . All round a lovely stay and have already recommended it to family and friends

2nd time we have stayed here and just as amazing as the first time. Everything was so clean on arrival and a lovely touch with a bottle of fizz for us, treats for the dog and some chocolate for our little one. Great base for days out. Big shout out to Frank at the bar and the lovely locals who made us feel very welcome.

Jeans Place is a lovely place to stay, we had a great week. The accommodation was clean and comfortable & has everything you need. Hot Tub was lovely & clean too. Communication from Sykes Cottages & the Owners about how to access the property etc was great & instructions very easy to follow. The only issue we did have would be that the setteeseating area in the front room isnt very wide, so wasnt very comfortable to sit on in the evenings. This wasnt a major issue but maybe something to consider for future upgrades. The site is quite remote & quiet, which wasnt a major issue but it would be nice if the bar area was open during the week as otherwise you have to drive to a local pubrestaurant or stay in your caravan. It would be nice to have the option of a change of scenery on the evenings. But all in all a lovely relaxing break away & would recommend this property to others Thank you x

Good communication with the owner before arrival. On arrival, the lodge smelt lovely and it was spotlessly clean. There were nice little touches, such as welcome gifts left for us, the children and the dog, and fresh flowers in a vase. The lodge is comfortable and well maintained. The hot tub was fabulous. The site itself was quiet, with a small play area and bar. Good base location for exploring. Overall, we had a fantastic time at Jeans lodge and wouldnt hesitate to recommend it

Jeans place is a gorgeous lodge on a lovely site which is centrally located for Scarborough, Flamingo Land, Dalby Forest and many more places. The lodge has everything you could need and is lovely and clean and the extra touches on arrival make you feel so welcome. Shelly is always on hand also for any queries you may have. We travelled as a family of 4 and a dog and had a great week would definitely return.

The communication throughout our holiday from Shelley was amazing, this is the best host we have ever experienced in the 7 years of booking through Sykes. On arrival there was a bottle of fizz and a thoughtful bag of treats for our dog, which she enjoyed. Jeans place was spotless and smelt gorgeous when entering the lodge, all the rooms were beautifully furnished and really clean. Every little detail was catered for, the box filled with complimentary tea and coffee was a lovely touch too. fresh flowers, big, soft bath towels, slippers, soaps and all the cooking utensils you needed The hot tub was absolutely amazing and was well used, especially after days out to places such as Scarborough, Filey, Whitby & Dalby Forest where we did so much walking

Wonderfully maintained lodge on a quiet, peaceful & relaxing site. It's ideally situated for exploring North Yorkshire and the coast. The host, Shelley, could not have been more helpful and friendly. I took my mum for her 80th birthday and we all had a great time Shelley even decorated the place with balloons and banners which delighted my mum. Highly recommended.

The place was great for a weekend get away. It was spotlessly clean with good facilities, basics tea, salt, pepper, oil etc even though we bought our own. Found a hair dryer also. The site was quiet had a bar and play area for the children. The hot tub was a great addition and got plenty of use. The decking around was fenced in which was great for our dog so he would be outside with us when using the hot tub. The welcome gift of a bottle of bubbles and Easter egg for the children was a lovely touch. Nothing was too much trouble for Shelly the owner and she was very responsive with any questions we had. Would highly recommend.

Jeans place is a little gem Superbly situated for easy access to local walks & short drives to the beach or local townsvillages. Was our first holiday away with the pooch & it was perfect, everything we needed was supplied & more besides, a welcome package for us & even a gift for the pooch! Absolutely gleaming clean property, the smell was amazing as soon as we walked in the door. For a dog friendly property this was fantastic.

The caravan is lovely and spotless and the owners have thought of everything to make a very comfortable stay. The site is under development and just off the A64 so there is continuous noise from traffic. Saying that it does mean east access to the coast, Malton & York and the surrounding areas, and there is always the hot tub to come back to.

Amazing break. I don't think I can justify just how lovely Jean's Place is! when we arrived it was spotless with a bottle of prosecco and some dog treats which was so nice. The site is a great base with easy access to local beaches and towns. We enjoyed having a drink in the onsite bar and chatting with the locals who were so welcoming. The Hot tub was brilliant and so nice to use after long walks during the day. if I could give this a 10 star review I would! Thank You so much for such a memorable stay! we will be back!
