Wow this place was very impressive, lovely interior one of the best I have stayed in so far, it was very accommodating to the people staying there plenty of room for people to all sit together. It was very near amenities and pubs. For me the only downside was the hot tub was not big enough for the amount of people there could do with adding another one and could do with more privacy onto the rail tracks so people cant see you when going pass on the trains but apart from that 5 star. One of the quests has already rebooked it. I would definitely stay in this accommodation again highly recommended.

This property is absolutely stunning! 12 of us stayed here and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kitchen is well equipped. Dining table is huge! All the bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms are well designed. 10 min walk to the beach. 5 into the town centre. Plenty of parking is also a huge bonus. We didn't need to use our cars once. I will definitely book again when needed.

Tastefully renovated house in a convenient position for the train station, town and beaches we all had fun celebrating my mum's 80th birthday and loved the hot tub great kitchen for making food and huge eating area. Very comfortable beds and all round perfect space for large gettogethers. Comms with the owner was quick and helpful.

We have just returned from a lovely holiday staying at the Tower View. The accommodation was perfect for our large family. The rooms were all very spacious and we especially loved the kitchendiner as it could accommodate us all with plenty of room. There were only minor things that would have improved the accommodation. Unfortunately there is nowhere to hang coats, so a coat railrack would have been useful. In the downstairs toilet, there is no rail to hang a hand towel and the main downstairs bathroom, as my mum is unsteady on her feet, a hand rail in the shower would have been helpful. Saying that, we absolutely loved our stay and would 100 return!

Spent the weekend at this property to celebrate my Mums 80th birthday with family. It exceeded our expectations. Extremely spacious, modern, clean and very comfortable. Massive parking space to rear of property. Lovely hamper left from the host on arrival and plenty of communication to check on arrival and if everything was ok. This property is so much better than the pictures and would highly recommend. Close to all amenities but nice quiet location. Thanks for a great stay.

Just two suggestions, Bigger toaster, it was only a 2 slice and there were 14 of us Somewhere to hang coats. The house was beautiful, loads of dishes and glasses. Beds were very comfy and the house was very warm. The grandkids loved the hot tub. Jaime the owner was on the other end of the phone and answered promptly. Would highly recommend the property and would definitely return. It was so near shops, supermarkets and the sea side. Amazing property for families getting together for some precious time. As a family of 16 coming together for our Christmas holiday the house was perfect! Its huge!!!! Everyone had there own bit of space to relax and enjoy the festivities. Beds were super comfy. The dining table is enormous seating 18. 3 ovens allowed us to cook for our huge family.

Lots of positives about this property massive house with plenty of room for lots of people, comfy beds, great showers and lots of hot water, good parking and a great location for both Scarborough and beyond. The younguns enjoyed the hot tub. WiFi and TV streaming excellent. Good communication from the owner. A couple of things to improve the guest experience 2 kettles and 2 large toasters would help the breakfast service for 14 people. 1 of each wasnt enough. There was nowhere to hang coats waterproofs and nowhere to put walking boats shoes. A row of hooks in the hall and some baskets for shoes would be good. All in all we had a great time in a lovely house. Thank you.

The property really has the wow factor. We had such a great weekend with friends. Everything was spotless when we arrived. We had a little issue with the hot water but this was sorted through the thermostat. It really is a gorgeous property and finished to such a high standard!

I recently celebrated my 50th birthday at this stunning house with 15 of my closest friends, and I truly couldn't have asked for a better setting. From the moment we walked in, it felt warm, welcoming, and perfect for a special occasion like this. The house is incredibly spacious and beautifully furnishedevery corner felt thoughtfully designed, yet still cozy and comfortable. With 16 ladies in one space, youd think things could get a bit chaotic, but we had more than enough room to spread out, relax, and enjoy ourselves. The bedrooms were generous, the bathrooms plentiful a must with a group of women!, and the living areas ideal for both quiet chats and group games. One of the highlights for me was the large dining table where we all gathered for meals, laughter, and of course, a toast or two. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we ended up cooking a few group meals together, which added to the fun. The atmosphere of the home made my 50th feel so specialelegant yet comfortable, private yet full of life. It was the perfect backdrop for unforgettable memories, latenight talks, and lots of laughter. Im so grateful we found this place. It made an important milestone in my life truly unforgettable. Highly recommend it for any group looking for a mix of comfort, beauty, and space to connect.

This is such a beautiful property. We were a group of 14 and had such an amazing time here. We did plan to spend most of out weekend celebrating in the house and it was lucky we did as the weather wasn't great, but honestly we didnt care as the house was so big, spacious, and comfortable. The decor is really lovely and the location is great. We did visit some local pubs etc. We were so happy as a group and would definitely come back.

Second time staying in one of Jamie's properties. High spec, and well equipped, very comfortable house. Great welcome basket, good communication any small problem addressed ASAP. We stayed two weeks and also given a mid stay full clean. Good area quiet residential next to railway station plenty of activities nearby.

Fantastic property with a true wow factor when you walk in the door. Love that the owner has provided plenty of glassware, crockery and cutlery for every guest and spares. Everyone complimented the beds on the comfort and great quality mattresses. The rooms were fantastic, all good size with plenty of storage for clothes. Decor is consistently beautiful throughout the house. The bathrooms are a brilliant size, tower bathroom is really impressive!! The hot tub was lovely the platform is below and trains pass often, so you are on display a little to passers by, but we just waved! Haha!! Parking is a blessing, we easily got 6 cars parked. Cannot fault the owner for great communication. We would 100 recommend the property to anyone looking for luxury in the heart of this seaside town.

Our stay at Tower House was perfect. It's a beautiful property, really comfortable and spacious, in a great location. Jaime the owner was very attentive and proactive, he was really keen to ensure we had everything we needed and provided all the necessary information in advance. An absolutely perfect place for our family to spend a few days together. Everything was so well thought out and to provide comfort. A beautifully appointed family home, very well equipped and ideal for large groups. The rooms are huge, light, airy & very comfortable with gorgeous beds. The communal areas are spacious, comfortable & stylishly furnished, loads of space to spread out and not be on top of each other. The kitchen has plenty of everything inc loads of fridge & freezer space, with overflow appliances in the utility room.There were 3 ovens, one of which doubled as a microwave, all digital and user friendly. This is a new house on I believe, recently refurbed, it was an office building. There were a couple of teething issues with pipes and drips but very minor and the owner has been made aware. All of us would highly recommend this property, all adults and enjoyed over the Easter 25 weekend. We will defo return.

This property was amazing there were a party of 16 for a 60th birthday we had a fantastic time, plenty of parking walking distance to town centre took about 1015 min walk but there is shops and bars before town centre. The property was spacious modern and comfortable the beds were really comfortable, the host was really helpful and nothing was a problem a lovely hamper left for us which was great. The only minor was there could have been a television in the kitchen as it was such a large area that would have great but I would strongly recommend this property and would definitely go back. We had a brilliant stay over Christmas at Tower View. The property was immaculate and of a very high standard, the listing doesnt do it justice! Jamie also made sure that we had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay and was always on hand to help wherever we needed it. We would highly recommend the property and would stay again!
