A fantastic place to stay for our family reunion! The Lodge had everything we needed and more! The house is spacious and having ensuite bedrooms for all, a real plus. The lounge was huge and impressive and the piano a really great addition! The hot tub and garden were amazing and we made use of them even in the autumn but the games room was the highlight - so much fun! We used all seven bedrooms and all (including those in the annex, a short walk across the garden) were super comfortable, warm and well equipped. The whole place felt super luxurious, like a top-hotel but all to ourselves!We enjoyed a great walk in the nearby nature reserve with fantastic autumn leaves and fungi, a great meal in the nearby Drovers Arms and we couldn't leave without a visit to York. All that said, we could have quite happily spent our entire long weekend at the Lodge!
