We've just returned from a 5 night stay at Harwood Lodge. The accommodation is a good standard. Very comfortable with everything you need in the kitchen if you decide to do a bit of cooking. We didn't use the jacuzzi on this visit, but the owner came to do a check on it to ensure it was in good order, and provided some useful advice for getting round the area. The location of the lodge is around 25 minutes to York by car, but there is a bus stop close to the site if you don't fancy driving. The lodge is located in a good position to get around the area. Our dog was made to feel very welcome which was a bonus. Would book a trip here again.
