This is my second stay in this lovely property. The house has everything you could ask for, even though it sleeps 10 it is so spacious so you are not on top of each other. There was a lovely tray bake for us upon arrival. The host contacts you in advance to let you about the property and responded quickly to a question I had. Will definitely be back!

Amazing property, lots of luxurious touches and the hot tub was lovely. Beautiful chocolate brownies on arrival and lots of space for two families to relax. Nice walk down to the beach and there are several good pubs, coffee shops etc within a couple of minutes walk.

A perfect house for a large groupextended family. It was spotlessly clean and the facilities and equipment provided excellent. We had a young child and two toddlers with us and it was easy to babyproof the downstairs rooms. The furniture, accessories and equipment was all good quality and practical we were not worried that they would hurt themselves or break something. The hot tub was great, set alongside a small courtyard which was lovely for summer evenings. Ursula was a fabulous host. She made contact prior to our stay to give the opportunity to check any arrangements and also to offer suggestions for places to visit. She left us a much appreciated welcome pack, including a lovely chocolate cake. Parking is on the road, but we didnt have any problems parking both our vehicles outside the house. I would highly recommend 11 Highfield and hope to holiday there again.

The house is huge and though we didnt fill it it would very very comfortably fit 10. The service before, during and after our stay could only be described as spectacular. 1st class in every single way. Though the photos of the property are good they absolutely dont show how beautiful this accommodation actually is!! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!!

11 Highfield was like home from home, it is our first time booking a house. We were amazed as everything you need is there. Just add food and wine all sorted. Ideal location, close to all the amenities. Parking is good. The house gives you a lovely welcome as you walk through the front door. Thank you 11 Highfield we had a ball.

Wow, what a fantastic house! Myself, my husband 3 kids absolutely loved our stay at Highfield. It exceeded our expectations and the standard off cleanliness and decor was fantastic! We had a very yummy Victoria sponge ,crisps and prosecco awaiting us on arrival too. The hot tub made it even more special. Great location, 5 minute drive to seafront and Peasholm Park. Owner was very helpful with any queries we had. We had a great time on our holiday, thank you. Definitely be back!

The house was spotless, very high specification, hosts very attentive and helpful but not intrusive. A very welcome surprise was the homemade cake for our stay, this was delicious. The hosts had thought of everything including luxurious towels and spa slippers for after the hot tub. My husband liked it that much if it had been up for sale we would have put an offer in. This was a thoroughly enjoyable weeks holiday and we would highly recommend it.

Stayed post Covid but the owner made contact by phone the week before to answer any questions. Key store used for secure access to the property on our arrival. The house is beautifully furnished with everything imaginable to make yourself at home. Kitchen is lovely and very well equipped. House was immaculately cleaned. Netflix was set up on both TVs and plenty of towels provided. Hot tub was much appreciated. Lovely homemade cake was a perfect finishing touch to welcome us. 11 Highfield is a lovely house, with gorgeous decorated rooms, underfloor heating down stairs and a lovely kitchen. The hot tub outside made our stay even more worth while. When we arrived, we were left 2 packs of crisps, a bottle of prosecco and a victoria sponge cake, which was so delicious and made the house very welcoming. There was a vast selection of DVDs, books and games as well! We did meet the lady who owns the house and she was very nice and chatty. Close to Scarborough seafront and close the Peasholm park. Great Location, although on road parking was difficult with us having 4 cars! A neighbour did try to help though. There was also daily cleaning of the Hot Tub. Check out wasnt until 10am, however the lady who owns the property did come round about 93040am, which made us all rush at the last minute, however she was a lovely lady and chatted to us all. One thing that we felt could of made the property even better is having a downstairs toilet, appreciate there are alot of bathroomstoilets upstairs but would be handy having one downstairs. Great stay all round and would highly recommend!
