Isla Cottage is a three-guest holiday cottage in Osmotherley, a conservation village on the western edge of the North York Moors National Park. Sitting between the Cleveland Hills to the east and the Yorkshire Dales to the west, the location is genuinely hard to beat for walkers and cyclists. The village has grass-lined streets, stone-built houses and an old village cross.

Osmotherley is a proper working village with three pubs, a coffee shop, a general store and a fish and chip shop all within 0.2 miles. The Cleveland Way and the Coast-to-Coast footpath both pass close by. Osmotherley is also the start and finish point of the Lyke Wake Walk.

The cottage sleeps three across two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and one with a single bed plus trundle. There is one shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. The living and dining room has a woodburning stove and the kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave and washing machine.

Northallerton is 7 miles away and Thirsk is 11 miles. York, Harrogate and Durham are all within an hour's drive. The market towns of Helmsley and Stokesley offer cobbled squares, tearooms and weekly markets.
