We had a very nice, comfortable stay at this property and there were no significant issues that we would ever have considered complaining about. But, as you have asked, there were a couple of toilet seats that were not entirely firmly fixed and so moved about somewhat, and the door into the dining area sometimes rubbed on the floor and jammed. These really were minor issues and had minimal impact on our enjoyment of the property. I can't recall any other problems worthy of a mention; we had a great holiday and the suitability and comfort of the property was a major factor in that.

We chose Ladysmith for our annual family hot tub get together and were not disappointed. Lovely property in quiet location, ample room for all and the separate games room is ideal. Beautiful nearby by beaches and other family activities. Heather the owner very friendly and helpful and her recommendation for the Dacre Arms for food was brilliant.
