Just back from a wedding weekend stay for 12 of us grannies, mums & dads and 4 teenage grandsons. The Corner House was PERFECT for an extendedfamily gathering, especially the huge dining table in the kitchendiner. Everywhere was immaculate, comfortable, and spacious, with one of the best equipped kitchens ever, there's even everything you'd need to bake a cake! The only minor complaint is that the hot tub was a bit TOO warm to stay in for more than a few minutes, but maybe that's just us tough Yorkshire folk!

Nice clean property, plenty of room for 6 adults and 6 children, very good dining and kitchen facilities and plenty of washshower facilities. Downside was quite a busynoisy road outside the property which seemed to continue through the night. Minor detail only one tv control between the 2 tv rooms However we enjoyed our 3 night stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the holiday house in Scarborough! The kitchen was perfect for our big group, with plenty of equipment for cooking all our meals. The jacuzzi was a definite highlight super relaxing and wonderfully warm. We really appreciated how clean everything was and how comfy the beds were. Plus, having enough bathrooms for everyone made a huge difference. Thanks to Julie for making our stay so enjoyable!

We had an amazing time staying at the corner house, there was 8 adults, 9 children and two dogs and the house was absolutely perfect, well equipped for all our needs and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the house and it is in a great location! All the rooms are comfortable and there's lots of communal space. The extra touch of the Christmas tree made it feel very cosy. One teeny tiny thing that would have helped it would have been great to have had a hairdryer. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic stay, lovely house! Walking distance to the beach. Got a morrisons express across the road for any small food shops and tesco round the corner for a bigger shop couldnt ask for better. Also hot tub is a great size for bigger group!

Morrison express is just across the street. We celebrated a birthday party weekend getaway for one of our friend and we enjoyed our stay here.

The Corner House was an ideal venue as a base for an extended family to stay. 3 families plus grandma had plenty of space to spread out, with two sitting rooms and an enormous kitchen diner. The hot tub was a particular hit with everyone and there were plenty of both crockery, utensils and cutlery as well. Parking wasn't a problem with space for 3 cars at the front of the house. There was loads to do locally, and also further afield. The only addition I would recommend would be a retractable washing line for outside with some pegs to allow for drying towels after use of the hot tub.

Julie was really friendly and the starter hamper left was very generous. Great location with a 1015 minute walk to shops and beach front. Would highly recommend and if we return to Scarborough then I would definitely be staying here.

We had a lovely stay for my wife's 60th birthday. The location was great, the sea front was a walkable distance. The property was first class and the hot tub was a huge hit. Julie who ownedmanaged the property answered any questions I had really promptly. The kitchen was a brilliant social space, there was an additional sitting room on the lower floor which was great for a bit of peace away from the group, my 88 year old mum came with us and she managed the stairs really well. I would recommend this property and Sykes Cottages everything went really smoothly. Definitely 5 stars.

We went for the bank holiday weekend at the beginning of May. As a bigger party we hoped the would be enough space and my goodness there absolutely was. The house is amazing, the rooms are spacious, so clean, lovely and fresh. Comfy beds and pillows. A set of towels for every person, loads of cups, glasses, utensils you want for nothing. With a pub next door but one and shops all around everything was in easy reach as described. Also extra keys for if you all go out, handy parking permits and the guest book with so much information, This house is a definite must stay in Scarborough, we would stay again without hesitation. Fantastic location with good parking. Just a short walk to the town centre and beach attractions but far enough away for it to be quiet and peaceful. House is very spacious and decorated to a good standard. Plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking and eating. The Hot Tub is very large and is enclosed in a wooden gazebo with sides for inclement weather. There is a Morrisons Daily shop that opens until late just across the road for any last minute shopping.
