Great location, seafront & town is only a short walk away with plenty to see & do. House is very spacious and the hot tub is a nice touch. The back garden could do with a gate installing as it isn't secure for dogs, we had to use the bin to block the gateway off as the road is very busy.

We really enjoyed our stay the house was perfect for our group it was very clean, beds very comfortable ideal for us and not to far to walk into town we had excellent communication from Julie and she was most helpful in answering our query about parking. We would book this house again if we needed to be in the area

Hi we had a lovely stay at your property, it ment that i was able to celebrate my birthday with all my family and friends The hot tub was a very popular addition, and the kitchen dining room, was perfect for my needs. There was more than enough space, beds and facilities for everyone not to feel cramped. The only thing that i think you could possibly improve on is making the garden secure, a gate next to the house, would be good, especially for young children and dogs Also for those with dogsyoung children directions to the closest play parkdog friendly area would be good However, all that said i would definitely recommend and consider booking with yourselves again Thankyou

The Corner House was perfect for a large gathering 16 of us to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. There was plenty of space for us all and we didn't feel on top of each other at all. The kitchen area is the perfect social space and we had plenty of fun playing games together. The hot tub was huge and a nice treat too. The Morrisons local across the road was a godsend for those little bits we had forgotten or for an emergency snack run for the children! We walked onto the sea front and spent the day in Scarborough and it was a pleasant 1520 minute walk. There were a few minor issues such as a door handle on one of the bathrooms being loosefalling off when used but nothing we couldn't manage with as there were plenty of other bathroomsfacilities. Overall, we all had the best weekend and everyone was sad to leave! We would definitely book again in the future.

We booked at short notice and were really pleased with the service and the property. We had a lovely family get together, enhanced by the great house, it's location ment we could walk to anywhere in Scarborough. The heating system was a bit haphazard, but we sorted it so we were cosy. Also had problems with the dishwasher, but after refilling the salt and rinseaid we had clean pots again. Altogether we had a great time and would definitely do it again.

The corner house was brilliant just as described and perfect for a group gathering. It was really clean and had a great range of facilities. Julie was brilliant and answered our queries and sorted out one issue regarding the parking permits very promptly. We would definitely recommend this property.

Just back from a wedding weekend stay for 12 of us grannies, mums & dads and 4 teenage grandsons. The Corner House was PERFECT for an extendedfamily gathering, especially the huge dining table in the kitchendiner. Everywhere was immaculate, comfortable, and spacious, with one of the best equipped kitchens ever, there's even everything you'd need to bake a cake! The only minor complaint is that the hot tub was a bit TOO warm to stay in for more than a few minutes, but maybe that's just us tough Yorkshire folk!

Downside was quite a busynoisy road outside the property which seemed to continue through the night. Minor detail only one tv control between the 2 tv rooms However we enjoyed our 3 night stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the holiday house in Scarborough! The kitchen was perfect for our big group, with plenty of equipment for cooking all our meals. Loved the house and it is in a great location! All the rooms are comfortable and there's lots of communal space. The extra touch of the Christmas tree made it feel very cosy. One teeny tiny thing that would have helped it would have been great to have had a hairdryer. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic stay, lovely house! Walking distance to the beach. Got a morrisons express across the road for any small food shops and tesco round the corner for a bigger shop couldnt ask for better. Also hot tub is a great size for bigger group!

The property is clean and had plenty of rooms plus a lovely hot tub. The owner provides information before we arrived. Its located in the city and a walking distance to the beach. Morrison express is just across the street. We celebrated a birthday party weekend getaway for one of our friend and we enjoyed our stay here.

Family of 12 and a variety of ages and this house worked really well for us. Spotlessly clean, good quality beds and the kitchen was really well equipped. Julie was really friendly and the starter hamper left was very generous. Great location with a 1015 minute walk to shops and beach front. Would highly recommend and if we return to Scarborough then I would definitely be staying here.
