About Seascape Villa

Seascape Villa is a massive three-storey holiday home right in Filey's centre, North Yorkshire. This light, airy property offers seven bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms - perfect for big family gatherings where nobody wants to queue for the loo. Just a short stroll from sandy beaches, it's the ideal base for exploring this classic seaside town.

The property sits in the heart of Filey, with the beach just 0.5 miles away. Every bedroom has its own TV so you can escape the family chaos when needed. The huge kitchen-diner features a massive table where everyone can gather for meals or late-night wine sessions. After a day exploring the Yorkshire coast, soak in the hot tub while sipping something cold. That's what holidays are for, right?

Accommodation includes three super-king rooms (which can become twins if you're not that friendly), three king-size rooms and one adult bunk room. Most have walk-in showers, one has a bath and all have their own TVs. The kitchen is ridiculously well-equipped with two fridges, two dishwashers and a Smeg range cooker for showing off your culinary skills.

Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park is nearby for the animal lovers. Scarborough (7.7 miles, 15 minutes) offers traditional seaside fun with its castle and beaches. Bridlington (10.5 miles, 20 minutes) provides more beach options and the beautiful Sewerby Hall and Gardens. The Filey Gin Distillery is just a 10-minute walk away - perfect for "educational" visits.

We are a mixed group of friends with adults and children. The property was lovely, comfortable, spotless and very spacious. Great layout, good size rooms, great location. Appreciated the tea and biscuits!

Overall we had a lovely holiday with family. Unfortunately there were no scissors in the kitchen, tin opener was broken, toaster didn't work, one kettle didn't work, remote control in one room didn't work, t.v advertised for each bedroom, but 2 missing, one shower head floppy and no complimentary slippers for the hot tub as advertised. I did pass this information onto the owner. We also left behind the base for a milk frother. I've sent numerous emails, but nobody has had the decency to let me know.
One of the best places we have stayed, hopefully we will be back soon.

Beautiful home, had everything we required, haa it did take us a while to find the hidden cutlery drawer, we had the best time, we did not want to leave,only negative is there is a strong smell from the drains, more noticeable first thing early morning, however not enough to put us off we Will most definitely be back. ..we would love to come back in the summer.. Ps the kids lost their money bags x3 we looked everywhere i dont suppose they where found...
A really lovely property perfect for our extended family break. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The housekeeper Natalie was very helpful, when we had a couple of small queries. We would definitely recommend this to our friends
Lovely property. So useful each bedroom having its own en suite. The kitchen was well equipped and the large table perfect for our breakfasts and New Years Eve meal. Good size TV and plenty of lounge seating. Parking poor for such a large house, make it clear there are only 2 spaces. Good location close to beach front and walks. Suggestions Top floor showers controls dated and we struggled to control the temperature There were no dishwasher tablets, no extra toilet rolls or any bin liners. A blue bottle bin outside would have been useful . Overall we had an excellent stay , perfect house and location. Thank you.
Booked for short break of 12 to celebrate our friends 60th and it didn't disappoint. Very clean and tidy had everything we needed. The only criticism is the dining chairs are a bit precarious when you lean back on them, we had one member of our group fall backwards other than that can't fault this property good time had by all.
The property was fabulous. Very clean and well stocked. Hot tub was very hot and clean.Great location and very quiet. Parking a added bonus. I just think you should make it clear in your details that the bunk bed room guests have to actually go through another bedroom to access the ensuite. Ok for children but not adults! Very disappointing to see same sex groups no longer welcome. We would have definitely returned. Sue
