Just a short stroll from sandy beaches, it's the ideal base for exploring this classic seaside town.

The property sits in the heart of Filey, with the beach just 0.5 miles away. Every bedroom has its own TV so you can escape the family chaos when needed. The huge kitchen-diner features a massive table where everyone can gather for meals or late-night wine sessions. After a day exploring the Yorkshire coast, soak in the hot tub while sipping something cold. That's what holidays are for, right?

Accommodation includes three super-king rooms (which can become twins if you're not that friendly), three king-size rooms and one adult bunk room. Most have walk-in showers, one has a bath and all have their own TVs. The kitchen is ridiculously well-equipped with two fridges, two dishwashers and a Smeg range cooker for showing off your culinary skills.

Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park is nearby for the animal lovers. Scarborough (7.7 miles, 15 minutes) offers traditional seaside fun with its castle and beaches. Bridlington (10.5 miles, 20 minutes) provides more beach options and the beautiful Sewerby Hall and Gardens. The Filey Gin Distillery is just a 10-minute walk away - perfect for "educational" visits.

Seascape Villa delivers everything needed for a proper British seaside holiday. The enclosed garden with hot tub and BBQ means you can enjoy outdoor living whatever the weather throws at you. Just remember - those spa gowns aren't just fancy decoration!

Another delightful weekend spent in this luxurious property. The weather was mostly kind to us. We wanted for nothing during our second stay. A pair of oven gloves would be beneficial in the kitchen.

Lovely property great location, furnishings lovely, just a couple of complaints, the kitchen floors were dirty, the bedding smelt unclean, this was also noticed by another of our party who was in a different room, perhaps new duvets and quilt covers are needed, overall though we enjoyed our stay

We had a really great family gettogether in Seascape Villa and very much enjoyed our stay. It's location is excellent as it is just short walk shops and to the gardens and then down onto the prom. One member of the group said it made his day to have an early morning walk beside the sea, before everyone else was up! The house was clean and has plenty of room for people to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and had a long table and two fridgefreezers and two dishwashers brilliant idea!. Beds bedrooms all clean and comfortable. As weather was a bit mixed also enjoyed the hot tub! Possibly ' end of season' niggles? Kitchen one dishwasher needed sorting as the sprayspinners were clogged and it didn't wash properly. A very greasy colander had been left in the pan drawer. Two hob rings on the left side of the cooker didn't work but we managed with the other four others. Both toasters only half working. Utensil drawer well hidden in pan drawer. A note would help new people but was a fun challenge for everyone once they arrived. First floor back bedroom No curtains only blinds. Reason? Top middle bedroom had a dripping toilet which drove the occupant mad and shower doors that didn't work so not useable. Parking for two cars but the posts are down broken and caused problems when parking as space is restricted and needed to run over posts to park. Must be a better way? Put a chain across? Hot tub lovely to use. Should remove item about dressing gowns from pictures as towels provided instead. Not a problem but inaccurate! Overall would be happy to return for another holiday!

The accommodation was comfortable for our large family party and excellent for access to town and beach. The negatives were no recycling facilities, we had to use neighbours bins. On leaving the property one of our party ripped his car tyre on the yellow parking bollard. There is a protruding metal spike on one of them. It delayed their departure by 7 hours and was extremely expensive. An unhappy end to our holiday.
