There are lovely pubs close by for mealsand we can definitely recommend the 3 Jolly Sailors for a meal that's cooked to excellent standards, reminding you of what your gran would have made. It's in a quiet location... we feel like we've been on holiday a month and not just a week! We had visits from Roe Deer, Rabbits and could hear the Tawny Owls. We used the hot tub every day and the hamper on arrival was a lovely touch - thank you! Perfectly located between Scarborough and Whitby, we had loads of adventures away from the cottage. This was our second stay, truly like a home from home. A beautifully appointed cottage in such peace and tranquility, so relaxing yet close to all the popular east coast area.
