We had a great time celebrating a 30th birthday. This house had everything that you would need fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher, wide range of saucepans and crockery and instructions for everything. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. Communication with owner was great. A beautiful house and lovely gardens. Would definitely book again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. There was everything you needed there. Comfy, war, clean and certainly homely. The only downfall was the chemicals in the hot tub, which we think were too strong and unfortunately bleached ones bikini and damaged the colour of a pandora bracelet. We have hot tubs ourselves, and never had this issue with bleaching or discolouration of jewellery. But bar that, an absolute brilliant house!!!

Perfect house for a weekend with friends! Had everything we needed, easy check incheck out. Beautiful rooms and great open kitchendiner space for socialising. Would recommended!

It was a beautiful house with everything there that you could wish for. The gardens were immaculate and the children loved playing on the play equipment. The hot tub was serviced regularly by Carl the owner and he couldnt do enough to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We would have no hesitation in recommending this house.

A wonderful home away from home for an all age family gathering. The kitchen diner is a great space to socialise whilst preparing meals and certain members of the family made full use of the many SMART tv's winter olympics!. We would highly recommend.

A lovely property, furnished to high standard and very comfortable. Well supplied kitchen including an air fryer which we found very useful for making breakfast instead of using the hobovens. Also found the Alexa device in dining area of kitchen useful. Large utility room with separate washing machines and dryer and handy sink. Loved the lounge area which was homely with the flame effect modern fire. Didn't use the large outdoor spa but it is kept super clean. Good showers and plenty of hot water and towels. Apart from master ensuite we found the wash basins a little too small in the other bedroom ensuites otherwise can't fault this fantastic accommodation. We would definitely recommend this property and don't be put off by the busy road as you don't hear it inside the house. We had no issues whilst we were there.

We had an amazing family celebration at Routhorpe House. It's a gorgeous property, extremely spacious, spotlessly clean, the decore everywhere very tasteful and decorated for Christmas made it extra special. The open plan area works perfectly for a family celebration, and the hot tub an added luxury and fun, making our special family celebration perfect. Our stay at Routhorpe House was everything Id hoped for. Everything was just as shown in the pictures, really easy check in process and easy to find, the house itself was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. All guests were very impressed. The hottub was well maintained and was nice to use even in the colder weather. The bottles of Prosecco left for arrival were very thoughtful, thank you. We will definitely come back when we have another chance.

Weve just had a fantastic week at Routhorpe House. We are a family of 10, 3 generations including younger kids & teenagers, & this house was perfect for us. The location is great for trips to the East coast, Driffield and Beverley. We also spent quite a lot of time at the property, its got everything you could need the large gardens are fab with plenty of seating & garden games, big gas BBQ with a full gas bottle, hot tub, gorgeous well equipped kitchen that opens out onto the garden, all bedrooms really comfy, multiple bathrooms were welcome the whole place was spotless. We all want to go again!

We recently stayed here for our hen do and had a lovely weekend. The house was easy to find and very clean and comfortable. They even left a few bottles of prosecco for us, which were definitely enjoyed. The hot tub was clean and then after use a man came to clean it in the morning again. We spent a lot of time outside with the good weather and there is lots of space, perfect for a big group or large family. Thank you for having us.

The house is well looked after as is the spectacular garden and hot tub. Lots of games for the kids, who have had the best time. Highly recommend. The facilities were lovely. We enjoyed the hot tub, which was regularly maintained. The ice maker was well used. Everything you could need is there. The kitchen was a good size for everyone gathering together and spilling outside, garden was a good size and plenty of parking The Prosecco and cake for our joint birthday celebrations was a lovely touch and appreciated. Sandra had been helpful in answering our questions before our trip and we chatted to Carl on his visits to maintain the hot tub.

We had a most enjoyable week in Routhorpe. The house was spacious and very comfortable. Carl and Kevin, the owners were kind and most helpful. Unable to walk the wolds as much as we hoped, we loved our visits to Kirkburn Church, Beverley Minster and Burton Agnes. One small misleading description on the website the groundfloor bedroom is not ensuite as the bathroom is outside and is shared by the other groundfloor bedroom. We shall certainly recommend Routhorpe to our friends.

A Stunning 'HomefromHome' in Beautiful Yorkshire Countryside! We needed a house with 5 bedrooms and at least 2 ensuites, and found this gem just 5 miles from Driffield, the home of my oldest friend and her family. This is a truly outstanding house that has been so thoughtfully decorated and furnished, it feels just like a home. It is also the most well appointed house we have ever stayed in we hosted a BBQ for our Driffield friends and there was enough cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils... even cake stands! The kitchen is better equipped than my own! The beds, sofas and even dining chairs are fabulously comfortable. There is enough space for everyone to be together in every room, but also enough different spaces for people to chill on their own or in smaller groups. The garden is stunning! So beautifully kept, lovely flowers and shrubs, and even a play area for our small visitors to play. Garden games and indoor games are provided, a hot tub for lazy afternoons and great social space for BBQs and gatherings. I can honestly say that I would buy this house tomorrow and not want to change a thing! I have never said that about a holiday let before, but it really is THAT special. The owners are SOOO helpful too, I would thoroughly recommend this gorgeous house.

Absolutely beautiful house. Spacious and well equipped. The owners offer not only a fabulous stay but a brochure of extra treats , we opted for the in house chef and party pamper. Both were amazing. Our pamper lady was very patience and worked her magic on a bunch of stressful working mums. The in house chef Claire was wonderful and the food was delicious, the service first class. Would highly recommend using this service. This was our third year going away and our first time to Routhorpe Hall we certainly felt like we got it 100 right this time. There isnt anything negative to say but to note you are just off a country road so expect the odd noise of a motorbike whizzing by. But when youre facing fields and cows its very peaceful and tranquil.
