Ease to get around all of Yorkshire moors and coast and local area great to visit eat drink and relax nearby garden centre great to visit Children loved the enclosed area and chickens and Pidgeon's and horses . All people around nice and friendly. Hot tub awesome and relaxing, accommodation immaculate clean well stocked and everything you could possibly need. Foxes Den is a great peaceful country retreat within 15 minutes of Scarborough whether North Bay or South Bay. It is quite hot in the height of summer but totally fine as the doors and kitchen window open for ventilation. The hot tub is great and the owner was happy to turn the temperature down a bit on the hot days. It would be great to book in the winter for the hot tub and using the fire. The owner was very accommodating, even got bricks for us to use disposable bbq on the terrace. Very peaceful tranquil area with horses dogs, frogs and chickens about.

Great place to stay and the hosts were fantastic making sure we checked in fine. The weather was horrific but they made sure we were all sorted. An already made fire was a nice little touch.

Stunning location, surrounded by lots of animals to keep the kids occupied. We enjoyed our daily visits from all the animals, who were all so friendly. The lodge has everything youd need for a pleasant stay. Well definitely book here again.

Excellent, especially for animal lovers. Grandkids loves the chickens, horses, dogs and Simba the black cat. We would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at Foxes Den! It's just what we needed to get away. It was peaceful and quiet and our 1yr old loved all the animals. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The tea and coffee was a lovely touch and the hot tub was so relaxing. Would definitely recommend and consider again for our next getaway.

Very enjoyable stay loved it however just as an advisory i think around the hot tub would be good if there were a rubber matting around the steps as was very slippy and i had fallen over bruising my foot and leg getting out that was the only downside and a shelf in the bathroom for guests to put out their toiletries would be good apart from that had an amazing stay loved the foxes den .

This was one of those holidays when everything comes together. The accommodation and facilities were perfect, the location for us was perfect and the weather was even perfect. Thank you for sharing your lovely place and hope to return.

Absolutely amazing! !!! There isn't one thing they haven't thought about when designing this little gem! Foxes den From the outside to the inside it's truly stunning! Owners so so helpful and friendly and we loved reading there story it's admirable. It was so calm and peaceful but only a 9 taxi ride to the sea front of Scarborough if you want to liven it up. The garden area and hot tub was beautiful specially on a night when it was all lit up. Inside the cabin it was well equipped with everything you would need, hair dryer, tea towel, washing up supplies plenty of cutlery, pans and pots. The TV has netflix and all other streaming apps too which was handy for a chilled night in. All the fairy lights in and around the cabin are such a beautiful touch, it really was a wonderful experience and we will 100 be returning! Thank you so much x

What a lovely place to have a couple of days away. Very cosy, we loved the fairy lights especially at night. Just enough space for a family of 5. A spacious garden with play house, best feature for us was the hot tub!! The kids enjoyed all the animals on the farm the big fish are amazing. Also the visits from the black cat. Lovely little cottage tucked away from industrial noises but yet only 10 minutes drive from the Scarborough beach. We really enjoyed our week and time off from everyday life with my 2 daughters 16 and 6. The hot tub is wonderful to relax in the evenings with the countryside and sunset colours. Highly recommend.
